Refund and Cancellation Policy

📆 Group Course (20-Week Program)

Refunds Before Course Start:

• Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the course begins.

Missed Classes:

• Due to the small group format, missed group classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• You may request a brief written summary or recording (if available) of the class to review independently.

👤 Private Lessons

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel or reschedule a private lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

❗Instructor Cancellations

If I ever need to cancel a class or session, I will:

• Provide as much advance notice as possible, and
• Offer either a full refund for that session or a reschedule at your convenience.
